Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional emimpin dan leadership terhadap komitmen organisasional di Eastern LLC Pekanbaru. Test ini menggunakan model regresi berganda. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 20 responden yang merupakan karyawan Eastern LLC Pekanbaru. Variable independen yang digunakan meliputi kecerdasan emosional emosional dan leadership. Hasil test menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable yang diuji secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional di Eastern LLC Pekanbaru. Secara parsial hanya kecerdasan emosional pemimpin yang berpengaruh secara signifikan. Leadership tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.


This study aims to determine the effect of leader’s emotional intelligent and leadership agains organization commitment at Eastern LLC Pekanbaru. This test uses multiple linear regression model. The research sample of 20 respondents who are employees at Eastern LLC Pekanbaru. Independent variabels used includes leader’s emotional dan leadership. Test results showed that the two variabels tested simultaneously significant effect on the organization commitment at Eastern LLC Pekanbaru. Only partially leader’s emotional intelligent that significantly. Leadership is not significant.
