PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PHL DI POLDA RIAU PEKANBARU

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment, and competence on the performance of freelance daily workers (PHL) at Polda Riau Pekanbaru. The object of this research was conducted at Polda Riau Pekanbaru, which is located on Jl. Jendral Sudirman No.235. The sample in this study were all of the population of 32 respondents using the census method using descriptive analysis and hypothesis analysis. The results of the analysis prove that motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, and competence has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Pekerja Harian Lepas (PHL) di Polda Riau Pekanbaru. Objek Penelitian ini dilakukan di Polda Riau Pekanbaru yang berlokasi di Jl. Jendral Sudirman No.235. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh dari populasi sebanyak 32 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus menggunakan analisis deskripsi dan Analisis hipotesis. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja.
