PENGARUH SELEKSI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION KARYAWAN PADA PT. SURYA PERDANA AGUNG PEKANBARU
Abstract
The purpose of this observation is to know selections effect, job satisfaction and organization commitment of employees turnover intention at PT. Surya Perdana Agung. The members of the sample is 35 responden person which are PT. Surya Perdana Agung’s employee. The result of this observation shows that selection, job satisfaction and organization commitment simultaneously has affected employees’ turnover intention significantly, moreover job satisfaction trial test partially has affected employees’ turnover intention positively and significantly and organization commitment has affected employees’ turnover intention of PT. Surya Perdana Agung significantly. Variable selection, job satisfaction and organization commitment has affected 0,210 employees’ turnover intention about 21%, as 79% of this variable affected by other factor that doesn’t include to this observation.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh seleksi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Surya Perdana Agung.Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seleksi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.Sedangkan hasil pengujian secar parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan.Sedangkan seleksi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Surya Perdana Agung Pekanbaru. Variabel seleksi, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan 0,210 sebesar 21%, sedangkan sisinya 79% variabel ini dipengarui oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk ke dalam model penelitian.
