This study aims to analyze the influence of village fund transparency and community participation on the implementation of Village SDGs, as well as to test the role of a holistic approach to village resource management as a mediating variable in Pandeglang Regency. The main problems in the implementation of village SDGs are the weak transparency of village fund management and low community participation, which impact the effectiveness of sustainable development. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and distribution of questionnaires to 184 respondents consisting of the community and members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD). The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS application.
The results of the study indicate that village fund transparency and community participation have a positive but insignificant effect on the holistic approach to village resource management. Furthermore, the holistic approach significantly influences the implementation of village SDGs. Furthermore, the holistic approach also insignificantly mediates the effect of village fund transparency and community participation on village SDG implementation.
