Employee Engagement is the emotional involvement of employees and their ties to their work, which will improve their performance at work. Organizational commitment is the psychological condition of an employee's relationship with the company that has implications for the decision to stay in the company or leave the company. Organizational culture is a system of shared meanings held by members of an organization, which distinguishes the organization from other organizations. Performance is a result achieved by employees in their work according to certain criteria that apply to a job. This research method is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression analysis. The research data were obtained from respondents through a questionnaire with a total of 39 respondents. Statistical analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The Population and Civil Service Service of Jambi City is a government agency responsible for population administration affairs, carrying out assistance tasks given by the government, and managing population information and administration. Data analysis using multiple linear regression models with Y = 0.687 + 0.370X1 + 0.389X2 + 0.064X3. Based on the simultaneous test (F test), it is known that the variables Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on the Performance variable at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Jambi City. This is shown where F count is greater than F table, namely the F count value of 18.199 while the F table value is 2.87 with a significance level of 0.000 because the significance level ≤ 0.05. The result of the determination coefficient (R2) is 0.558, thus the result states that the variables Employee Engagement (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) are able to explain the Performance variable (Y) by 55.8% while the remaining 44.2% is explained by other variables
