Stock price movements can be influenced by a company's financial performance as reflected in their financial statements. This study aims to evaluate the impact of financial performance on stock prices in the property and real estate sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2019 to 2023. This research employs a quantitative approach with a sample of 52 companies selected using the purposive sampling technique. Financial performance is analyzed using several indicators, including return on assets, total assets turnover, current ratio, earnings per share, and debt to equity. Data is analyzed using Smart PLS software to conduct PLS regression tests, multicollinearity tests, determination coefficient tests, multiple regression tests, and hypothesis statistical tests. The results indicate that return on assets and earnings per share have a significant impact on stock prices, while total assets turnover, current ratio, and debt to equity do not show a significant impact.
