Author Guidelines

Article's Format

Writing Style

  • The journal is written in one column, spanning 12–20 pages, single-spaced.
  • Margin: Top 2.5 cm, Right 2.5 cm, Bottom 2.5 cm, Left 2.5 cm.
  • Paper size: A4
  • All text uses Times New Roman font, with sizes adjusted according to the specifications below.
  • The journal must include the following sections: Title, Author name(s), University name, Email address, Abstract in English, Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia, Introduction (background, previous research, phenomenon, and research objectives), Literature Review (theories used and conceptual framework), Research Methodology (population and sample determination, type of research, variable definitions, and data analysis techniques), Results and Discussion, Conclusion (summary and suggestions), and References (only those cited in the journal).
  • For subheadings: (1) Use Times New Roman, size 10, bold, left-aligned. (2) Use capital letters only for the first letter of each word.

Title

  • Between 12–15 words in length.
  • Written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Use capital letters, Times New Roman, size 10, bold, and center-aligned.

Author's Name(s)

  • Times New Roman, size 10, bold, center-aligned.
  • One space between the title and the author’s name.
  • Names listed horizontally (e.g., Author One, Author Two, and Author Three).
  • Do not include academic titles.

University Name, Address, and Email

  • Times New Roman, size 10, center-aligned, in black.
  • No space between author names and institutional information.
  • Example university name: Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia
  • Example emails: “penulis_1@yahoo.com, penulis_2@gmail.com, dan penulis_3@gmail.com”.

Abstract in English & Bahasa Indonesia

  • Title: All uppercase, Times New Roman, size 10, bold, italic, center-aligned.
  • ContentTimes New Roman, size 10, italic, max 200 words, justified, single paragraph,
  • Keywords : Times New Roman, size 10, italic. Only the word Keywords is bold; contents are not. Include 3–5 keywords. Second line of keywords should be aligned with the end of the word “Keyword”.
  • One line space between the address and abstract title.
  • No line space between abstract title and content.

Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia

  • Title: All uppercase, Times New Roman, size 10, bold, center-aligned.
  • Content: Times New Roman, size 10, max 200 words, justified, single paragraph.
  • Keywords: Times New Roman, size 10. Only the word Keywords is bold; contents are not. Include 3–5 keywords. Second line of keywords should be aligned with the end of the word “Keyword”.
  • One line space between the address and abstract title.
  • No line space between abstract title and content.

Introduction

  • Title: Times New Roman, size 10, uppercase, bold, left-aligned.
  • Content: First paragraph justified. Subsequent paragraphs should be indented.
  • Contents include background, previous studies, phenomenon, and research goals.
  • The introduction starts on a new page after the abstract.

Other Sections (Literature Review, Methodology, etc.)

The same format are implemented for other sections, which are Literature Review, Methodology, Research Result and Discussion, Conclusion, and Reference List

Content Guidelines

  • For bullet points, use inline numbering, for example: The journal includes: (1) Title, (2) Author names, and (3) Institution name, address, and email.
  • Equations must be created using the Equation Editor.
  • Images must be in the form of diagrams or figures, not separated boxes.

Tables 

  • Numbered consecutively: 1, 2, 3, etc. (not 1.1, 1.2, etc.)
  • Table number and title appear above the table, one space below the previous content.
  • Times New Roman, size 10, bold, aligned with the left edge of the table.
  • Use horizontal lines only, no vertical lines.
  • Column headers should be bold.
  • Table source appears below the table, left-aligned, Times New Roman, size 9, italic.
  • If the table is based on processed data, the source is written as: Source: Processed Data.

Figures

  • Numbered consecutively: 1, 2, 3, etc. (not 1.1, 1.2, etc.)
  • Figure number and title appear below the figure, center-aligned, Times New Roman, size 10, bold.
  • First letters of the figure title are capitalized. Format: Figure 1. Figure Title.
  • Source is written below the figure, Times New Roman, size 9, italic.

Page Numbers

Placed at the bottom right of the corner, Times New Roman, size 10.

References

  • Must comply with American Psychological Association (APA) style and only include cited references.
  • Use Mendeley reference manager software.
