Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and organizational culture on job satisfaction and teacher performance at SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, conducting observations, interviews and collecting documentations. The population in this study were teachers at SMKN 4 Pekanbaru with 92 total number of participants. With data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling, the results showed that leadership style had significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had no significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture had significant effect on job satisfaction, leadership style had no significant effect on teacher performance, motivation had significant effect on teacher performance , organizational culture had significant effect on teacher performance, job satisfaction had no significant effect on teacher performance.


Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di SMKN 4 Pekanbaru. Tehnik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, melakukan observasi, wawancara dan mengumpulkan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMKN 4 Pekanbaru dengan 92 orang jumlah peserta. Dengan tehnik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software SMART PLS, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap guru kinerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
