PENGARUH PERENCANAAN PENGEMBANGAN KARYAWAN, KEPEMIMPINAN, DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DI KANTOR PUSAT PT. BANK RIAU KEPRI

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the planning aspects of employee development, leadership, and workloads towards job satisfaction headquarters of PT Bank Riau Kepri. The population in this research includes all permanent employees (headquarters), amounting to 247 people at PT Bank Riau Kepri. The amount of sample used were 153 people. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is an alternative approach that shifts the covariance-based SEM approach to one based variants.The results of the research concluded that based on partial hypothesis testing, Employee Development Planning, Leadership, and workload affect the Employee Satisfaction.


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisa pengaruh dari aspek perencanaan dari pengembangan karyawan, kepemimpinan, dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di kantor pusat PT. Bank Riau Kepri. Populasi dari penelitian mencakup semua pekerja tetap di kantor pusat PT. Bank Riau Kepri yang berjumlah sebanyak 247 orang. Total sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 153 orang. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS adalah metode alternatif yang mengalihkan metode SEM berbasis covariance menjadi one based variants. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perencanaan pengembangan karyawan, kepemimpinan, dan beban kerja secara terus menerus mempengaruhi kepuasan karyawan. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis parsial, perencanaan pengembangan karyawan, kepemimpinan, dan beban kerja mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan.
